Human Chorionic Gonadotropin-HCG is a naturally occurring hormone that is taken by injectons that make it possible to have a very low calorie diet and lose ½-1 pound per day. The diet can be done weekly and up to 40 days. If you have more weight to lose, another round can be given after 3 weeks off of the HCG protocol.

With HCG, you will have a 500 calorie diet. The diet has specific foods in certain combinations. These foods are common, easily obtained from your local grocery store. It is very important to follow the diet as it is outlined.
Yes. You will receive a manual with an in-depth explanation of the entire protocol. We recommend a weekly Vitatrim Energy injection packed with B-12 and amino acids with the program and a supplement package can help you with mobilize the fat, but more importantly, it simply makes you feel better. Weekly weigh-ins are encouraged.
Exercise is not required and actually heavy exercise is discouraged. If you are on an exercise program now, you can continue, but must discuss this with your counselor.
